Procter & Gamble Graduate Program interview questions

The skills test was quite easy and can be prepared online. The interview was quite long and many questions were pretty similar. "Describe a time when you had to manage a team" "Describe a time when you managed to motivate people" "Describe a time when you come up with an idea and had to convince someone" "Describe one of your failure" "You have to sell perfumed paper trees for cars, you have no time to do any research and you have to give your manager a number of production. Which number would you give?" The interviewer stays quite neutral, difficult to see if you're doing well. Poor feed back afterwards.
