Procter & Gamble ICA Engineer interview questions

Round 1: 1 hour interview with a director. Round 2: 1 hour interview with 2 managers. Both interviews are purely behavioral, they won't evaluate your programming or engineering skills with technical questions. They actually have a bank of questions they read off of, so sometimes the interviews feel inorganic (especially if they are stuck figuring out what to ask next).
