CV -> Assessment test -> 3 PEAK interviews -> 1 or 2 specific interview Overall would take more than 1 month for the recruiting process. Interview questions are rather boring, does not require any creativity, you can surely prepare for it in advance

2 rounds of behavioral, fairly standard questions. You had to use the Star method. No technical questions. You had to describe how you would handle certain scenarios like if you were told there was something wrong an implementation to a project, how would you correct that. It’s been a while but it’s a fairly easy conditional question.
