I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Westchester, OH)
Interview
Had a quiz game with memorization and matching that I could not prepare for and didn't show my ability for role. Had 3 sets of games that progressively got faster.
Many situational questions, but poor communication from the recruiting team around scheduling. You would expect better from a company of this prestige. The interview itself isn’t anything out of the ordinary, but you definitely need to prep.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Talk about a time when you had to resolve a conflict.
Overall a 6/10 experience, but second interviewer was slightly late.
Round 0 - online assessment
Round 1 - chill interview
Round 2 - more challenging, really drilling into your experiences.
