Phone call interview. Rather simple and generic questions that were simple and easy to answer, mostly about past experience and interest. The interviewee was not very friendly and was genuinely annoyed. Transparent about the hiring processes and the various steps and stages.

resume screening + online assessment - relatively difficult compared to others, 2 interview rounds each around 45min to 1 hour, make sure to prepare answers in a CAR format (context, action, result) very similar to STAR they just do it that way. HR was super helpful and quick.

Tell me about a time when you had to deal with competing priorities/conflicting deadlines?
They seem to only ask easy situational based questions, no technical questions. The interviewers are all friendly and they ask the same questions in each interview. there are 3 interviews total. The STAR method should be used and each question, if you dont answer deeply enough, they will prompt you to explain further.
