I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Oct 2020
Interview
Relatively the norm of what you might expect - 5 behaviorals, 2 situationals, and time for questions after. In general, I noticed a distinct difference interviewing with P&G - they are people. The conversations feltlike they were really just trying to get to know me and how I think and I felt appreciated and confident the entire time.
