I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Feb 2011
Interview
until now other than the iq test in the online application, i took a test at the company building. It was in turkish had 3 sections: math, turkish comprehension questions, and an iq test very similar to that in online application form . then they called me for an english interview probably just to evaluate my language skills. The same day they gave me appointment for the group interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Apr 2009
Interview
After the first online application, applicants are required to complete an online test where they are faced with mostly IQ test style questions as well as a survey which serves as a personality test.
Following this process, applicants are required to write short answers to questions regarding the past leadership experiences.
Finally there are two rounds of interview, first 1-1, second with several interviewers of different positions in the company. Interview questions are all based on either the CV or the previously answered questions.

Question 1
tell us about a situation where you faced with a difficult decision
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2010
Interview
The hiring process took two online tests (analytical and personality), one on-campus analytical test, a panel interview (with 2 people), lunch with senior manager, and a final panel interview (with 3 people). I was asked all behavioural questions for both interviews, as well as follow-up questions.
My advice is to be very well prepared and know your experiences thoroughly because they will ask for every detail. It is fine to bring bullet-point notes to help you remember, as long as you don't read off the paper.
