resume screening + online assessment - relatively difficult compared to others, 2 interview rounds each around 45min to 1 hour, make sure to prepare answers in a CAR format (context, action, result) very similar to STAR they just do it that way. HR was super helpful and quick.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to deal with competing priorities/conflicting deadlines?
They seem to only ask easy situational based questions, no technical questions. The interviewers are all friendly and they ask the same questions in each interview. there are 3 interviews total. The STAR method should be used and each question, if you dont answer deeply enough, they will prompt you to explain further.
really good - had an 1hr interview with a finance manager, lots of behaviour questions and also some motivational qs - make sure you know their values and core competencies so you can apply STAR answers
