The interview process was very structured. After a thorough application process I was offered an interview. The application process also included a test for logical and critical thinking. The interview was conducted completely remotely.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Rom)
Interview
The whole process takes ridiculously long!
I applied online, and got invited to an online assessment. The test is quite hard, it's a mixture of math/logical reasoning/IQ quiz. Did not hear back for something like 3 months.
Then got invited to 3 interviews, approx. 1 hour each (although the first lasted more). The structure and some of the questions asked are identical throughout the three rounds (at the last interview, I felt like it was redundant).
They only asked me behavioral and situational questions. These were relatively standard but they pay a lot of attention to any detail and ask further questions on any single story you tell them.
The interviewers were nice. It took me 1 month to complete the three rounds of interview. The firm's policy is to not share feedback after interviews.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you created something new.
Imagine you're working on a project and your deadline gets moved up, what would you do?
Talked to 3 different groups of people. Had lunch and walked around the facility with a group of people. The questions were easy... only got asked like 5 questions and then a get to know you with HR.
