I first took the P&G test online which was mostly testing on logic responses and then situational questions. After passing the test, I had a one-on-one interview with a recruiter from P&G that lasted around an hour.

Here the steps I had to go through to land an intern position at EMEA HQ
-online assessment
-skype call with behavioral questions
-3 face to face interview at the HQ with behavioral questions
In my case, the qustions across interviews were the same and the interviewer was reading them loud from his/her piece of paper. At the last interview, I asked if I should have brought the same examples as I did to the previous interviews (because the questions were the same): the answer was "you already know how to answer"...
Overall quite straightforward interview process only based on personality traits: I have not been tested on any specific job-related knowledge.
