The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Warschau, Masowien)
Interview
I applied for a post of an Intern at IT department. Upon finishing my application I was given managerial aptitude test and recruiter contacted me the next day to schedule a reasoning test.
It was kenexa style quiz very similar to one given as a sample before interview, but reasonably more difficult. After passing that test I was invited for an interview. It was a typical fit interview, even though I did my research and tried to exhibit desired qualities, I wasn't invited for the final round.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Brüssel) in Feb 2016
Interview
The procedure went in following sequence: Online screening resume, online communication test, online reasoning test, telephone interview, on-campus reasoning test, interview with 3 team leaders within the department op employment. The on-campus reasoning test and the interviews are held on the same day. During lunchtime, you'll be offered a lunch with a young starter in the department of application.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why should I hire you?
What are your strengths?
This is our new product X, tell me why I need to sell this in my Retail store.
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Cape Town) in Apr 2016
Interview
The first interview with Procter & Gamble was a fairly relaxed and more informal one on one interview. The questions asked were straightforward and were about myself. I got a call the next day to say that I had made the final round of interviews. This interview was much harder and the questions were more taxing than the first round of interviews.
