Applied online, after a series of tests an interview was offered. Interview was an hour long and covered a variety of topics, mostly focused on past experiences ans transferrable skills. Received a rejection for the internship with no further feedback, even after request.

Second round interview following a campus recruitment interview. P&G invited me all expenses paid for a 36 hour day-visit of their corporate headquarters. They had a current employee take us out to a nice dinner the evening before our interview. The day of our interview, we were taken out to lunch with multiple P&G employees and given a walking tour of Cincinatti.

Question 1
Interview questions are trying to get at how you think and problem solve, and they ask follow up questions to further probe your thinking, which can be the most difficult part. Once you feel you have given a good answer, they're going to probe further and make you think on your feet. Question: Tell us about a time you created something new. What steps did you take and what was the overall impact. Question: Tell us about a time when you had to change a process or system to improve upon it and make it better. What steps did you take to do so and what was the result.
All behavioral questions, the first set of questions required the STAR format in order to answer. The second set of questions dealt with hypothetical work situations and how you wouldh handle them.
