I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (New York, NY)
Interview
I found out about the opportunity through an alumni giving a presentation at my university. I applied and was sent a test which reminds me of an IQ test mixed, mixed with reading comprehension and general business acumen. Then I was given an in person test which led to an in person interview. All the questions are behavioral based questions. I highly recommend reviewing questions with the STAR method. Then I was invited to Cincinatti to interview with two managers at the same time. These questions are more or less the same questions as the first interview I I recommend you remember them or take notes. I was also taken out to coffee and lunch by alumni from my university so it was great to hear their thoughts. I was given an offer shortly after this.

Question 1
Tell me about a time that you were faced with a conflict with a client, or coworker that you resolved
I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble
Interview
After passing the assessments, I was contacted via email for a panel interview
The interview was with 3 interviewers, of which 1 was an HR representative and the other 2 were managers in other departments
The whole process was very professional, had an assessment of basic logic, math, and pattern recognition skills, followed by panel interview. Everyone was really nice and accommodating for any specific needs, and very willing to answer questions about the company.
