I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Frankfurt am Main) in Oct 2017
Interview
Shortly after sending my CV I was asked to complete an online assessment (the questions are similar to the practice test that they recommend you to check). Almost one month after that I was asked to participate on a Day Visit to the P&G plant.
The Day Visit started with a test (numerical, logic, and figural reasoning), the format is exactly the same as in the practice test but with more difficult questions. After that I was invited for lunch, an employee currently working in the department where I was applying to had lunch with me and explained me about her experience, working in that P&G plant, etc. it was very nice.
After lunch, I had two interviews. The first interview was with one of the managers of the division and the second one was with my future direct supervisor. The questions were the same for both interviews, they followed the same guideline, 5 or 6 behavioural questions followed by a couple of situational questions.
Two weeks after the Day Visit I received a job offer.
You have an idea that you know will help a lot to solve a problem, but you know someone in the team will not accept your idea by any means. What will you do?
