Interview
Initial test, then video interview with an engineering manager, then on-site with specific department. After getting past the initial assessment the overall interview process was pretty standard. They are composed of both behavioral and situational questions.

Applied online, spoke with university recruiter, got back to me after a couple weeks. Interview was VERY focused on leadership; many questions about my experience in teams. Some hypothetical questions, e.g. "what would you do if you were about to launch a product and the order couldn't be filled by the manufacturer"

Interview
One week process with online assesment test, English Test and 3 interviews with different managers. It seems that each manager was from a specific area inside P&G - as the job position was for Manufacturing, Engineering and R&D Interns
