i was contacted on phone for aptitude test, after writing the test,the result of the test was announced on the same day. Those that scale through the aptitude test were given a form to fill. The questions on the form were on personality check, how one would act in a particular situation, leadership position that one had occupied in the past and also one's academic performance.
