I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Jul 2020
Interview
I applied online, then had to do a psychometric test - possibly one of the hardest I've across but it may vary for other people. I had an initial screening call with the HR rep who asked various questions on my background. I later had to reply to an email with competency questions which I had to reply by providing answer. This was followed by 3 stages of interview - one with an HR director, and two IT directors. Overall, I found the process difficult (possibly due to the tests) but everything was completed with 2 weeks so it was relatively quick.
