Interview
The process per se is not really comply and very easy. The company is doing great but depending on the team or division you apply to it can be very different.
For the key account manager position only behavior questions were asked within 3 interviews a 1h each in one raw (all of them are very similar not really challenging)
Very impersonal Interview. They do not show any interest in the person per se.
They are not looking for a doer mentality, they are looking for teamwork and compromises!

Do you have an example in which you have caused a time saving or cost saving within a team by your actions.
Got two rounds, mostly CV-based question. But the HR sent a rejection email right before my second interview. The second round interviewer clearly showed no interest in me and the process was mostly chit-chat. Don’t understand why they would reject me before even evaluating my interview performance. The HR absolutely shows no respect to applicants.
