Phone interview- felt more like a discussion than an interview. Pretty straight forward questions about how you would handle a manufacturing line or balance multiple projects at one time. Got ghosted.

i did the first round of interviews back in jovember, waited 5 months until i was told i had the second roumd of interviews, completed the second round and got the offer but unfortunately, i could not take the offer due to personal reasons but it was a great opportunity
