Numerical tests and problem solving- but does not let you show your potential, especially for a job that is nothing to do with mathematics. Unfair considering many have not done maths since they were sixteen years old.

Mathematics, problem solving with numbers, memory tests. But a lot of emphasis on knowledge of mathematics. Unfair considering many have not done maths since they were sixteen years old.

Interview
First, ask you to fill in all of your details including your CV.
Cognitive assessment - they require you to sit silly cognitive assessments that do not assess any sort of work ability
Online testing followed by 2 in person interviews. Standard aptitude questions- eg tell me about a time when as well as a short marketing case. Very welcoming and enthusiastic interviewers. I withdrew my attendance for AC as received another offer
