-Two person interview at the end one showed up on time the other was a completely unprofessional and showed up 20 minutes late. CAR method. The unprofessional told me I was putting too much detail in explaining the situation so that they would understand asked me to keep it short. Next question, I kept it short and then told me they were not experts so I needed to be detailed and have a much longer explanation. He was very rude and contradicting for someone who could not even show up on time.
The other gentleman in the interview was clearly embarrassed but was working under him so he was scared to speak up as he was shaking his head. Him and I had a good conversation until unprofessional showed up. Knowing he would be my manager if I was offered a position lead to me withdrawing my application.
