I applied online. The process took 12 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Kairo, ) in Oct 2018
Interview
First you fill the application on the company site, then I done the online and offline test on Jan 2018 after the 2 months I received an email that I passed the test but the vacancy is closed. I applied for another vacancy after 6 months, I had 2 interviews at Cairo plant on the first week of October after applying with about 3 months, I received rejection mail after a week from the interview then after another week I received a phone call to come to a third interview the day after and that the rejection mail is a system error.
After the third interview with 3 months my application status changed to offer accepted on the website without receiving any phone call, I call the call center he called me it's a system error again and we will check. 5 days later the status changed to final interview completed and then a rejection mail was sent.
worst experience I have ever had a lot of errors, very long time and no one could give you when it ends or what's your destination, all the answers is just wait.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Green Bay, WI) in Nov 2018
Interview
Started with meeting them at the career fair. I expressed interest in their product line and the manufacturing practices involved. Next, was an in person interview the day after the career fair. Be prepared for “tell me about a time when” questions and “how would you handle” questions. The third interview was in person again, about a week later. Many of the same questions as well as questions about your fit on a more cultural level. Final interview was all day on-site. You start with a breakfast, some quick meet and greets, and then an hour exam. The exam was relatively simple, and involved basic thought process questions. The rest of the day involves some awesome tours, lunch, and about 2-3 interviews with different managers. Again, similar interview questions throughout. Was a rather lengthy interview process, (about 3-4 weeks from start to finish), but worth the time!
