For example, a resource could have 25 years of experience and get rejection based off assessment. The lack of feedback afterwards is on why you are rejected doesn’t help the candidates. I do not recommend applying to companies who use tactics to not hire candidates. How is this helping those in the job market? It is not helping fix the percentage of jobless candidates.
