Cuestionarios psicometricos, seguida de examen de razonamiento logico matematico y finalmente examen de conocimientos en ingles
El examen logico matematico tiene un tiempo por pregunta, por lo que incrementa la dificultad y tienes que ser muy rapido para responder,
recomiendo hacerlo en un lugar muy tranquilo y destinar el suficiente tiempo

Interview
Consisted of a call from Human Resources, then long assessments. These assessments are time consuming and doesn’t accurately reflect a resources experience. For example, a resource could have 25 years of experience and get rejection based off assessment. The lack of feedback afterwards is on why you are rejected doesn’t help the candidates. I do not recommend applying to companies who use tactics to not hire candidates. How is this helping those in the job market? It is not helping fix the percentage of jobless candidates.
