The online assesment process is customized on the position, and more precisely on the responsability level. For a manager position, they asess the leadership potential and the honesty. (The honesty type questions are tricky!). Many questions ( 65 items for my quiz), some of them redundant - but conceived for testing the corectness in the answers.
The best answer is to be honest, but also smart to understand the sense of the quiz. They want to meet the people that suit a P&G profile. They search people that are leaders, curious, creatives, team players, honest, learning oriented etc.
