Procter & Gamble R D interview questions

Direct interview with R&D department. 2 rounds. They didn't ask much about technical questions but behavioural and situational questions. Each round lasted about from 50 minutes to 1 hour. They have a established interview form which states relevant questions and space to record what the interviewee responded.

Online Assesstment ( IQ , behavioral, mathematics) takes about 1 hour Peak Performance Test ( Logic, Math etc.) 3 Interviews (1to1), each takes an hour ; background and personality related questions
