I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble
Interview
I put in an application and was sent their online assessments to complete. These were time consuming and the activities had poor instructions. I had to take to google to find advice from others on what some of the activities were asking me to do. I put the time into completing them and I am confident that I performed well. However almost immediately after completing them I received an email telling me that my qualifications didn't match the role specifications. I am very frustrated that they did not inform me of this prior to investing substantial time into their assessment process. This demonstrates little regard and value from the company of applicants. I hate to think what working for them would be like.
I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Harrogate, England)
Interview
The interviews were straightforward. The interviewers I faced were quite nice as well and they will make you feel comfortable during the interview process. There are 4 rounds with the first one being a game which is not too difficult in my opinion. The last one is like a experience day which consists of interviews and a few sessions on P&G.
My experience day was terrible and I found a few employees to be quite racist as well. I had a good image about the company and I'm happy to have been part of the CCA because I got a first hand experience on how I would be treated if I did get the job.
