The application process was long and slow which included: an online application, a peak performance test, an interactive assessment and then a one-to-one video interview with a senior member from P&G.

Question 1
Why P&G? Most important skills needed for sales What would you do on a day-to-day basis
Exactly as described on website, online tests/screening followed by two virtual interviews and then the CCA which is two days long.
It was all incredibly professional and enjoyable, felt similar to an apprentice task at times.
I was not successful in the final interviews due to not hitting one of the criteria despite my mentor saying he was surprised at this due to me showing these qualities in the group work (which is not assessed). I was told this was felt throughout the interviews I had and therefore feel it would be useful to receive feedback after each interview
I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (London Borough of Greenwich, England) in Oct 2021
Interview
The interview process is interesting, it can be very positive or quite demeaning dependent on who your interviewer is. You get asked 8 strength based questions as well as two situational.
