the interview I applied, then 30 minutes talk with recruiter then 3 hours assessment which I think was too much.
After this 3 hours I got video interview, and btw the interviewer was quite 99% of the time,
They use codility which runs unit tests. You have 80 minutes do solve 3 task. 1 task is mutiple choices react.
2 react about some like, dislike button
3 react about some pagination.
I did the first and second 100% successfully but because unit test in the last one plus time constraint I pretty I got eliminated by the % score.
I don't agree with this way to evaluate. force some aspect of unit test in a 30 minutes it's really non-sense and honestly doesn't mean nothing.
I would prefer a free code exercise which you can evaluate.
