Proxify interview questions

First stage was very nice and I moved forward to codility test. 3h long test for three tasks on terraform and python. The tests were so complex that I decided to skip it and ask all my devops network if they would be able to finish these tasks in time. All of them said no. I keep asking myself why a genius that would be able to finish that in time would apply for proxify instead of applying direct to the final company? Just to make 3x less money in the process?
