Proxify interview questions

The technical interview went well and in the last round one senior developer was taking my interview. He was asking very generic questions where generally both the parties should involve in a discussion. But it seems like the interviewer was too inexperienced in taking interviews. It was a bad interview experience I had. He asked questions like how would you improve performance of the application, how would you overcome when get stuck etc.

The interview process was quite straightforward. The questions however, failed to determine the experience of the developer. They rather focused too much on the companies, not the work done. They focused more on project management experience than the development experience.
