First you solve a Codelity Challenge. If you have success with this you will receive an email to have a meeting with HR people. The problem starts on the tech interview call, they are going to ask you several ambiguous questions and the problem is that they expect a certain answer with an specific approach. If you are going to hire multiple profiles you must be specific with your questions.
