I applied through LinkedIn for a Recruitment Lead role completely online. A recruiter got in touch with me and we had a nice chat about my experience and overall expectations about the role and the company. It all was okay till the moment they goshted me. I never heard back from them, don't know if I was rejected (which I assume due to silence) or got the opportunity to understand what was the status on the process. Despite all, I am glad I was not contacted anymore as I definitely do not want to be part of a Recruitment team that does not care about their candidates at all.

Interview
Everyone with whom I interacted with was extremely nice and helpful, they explained the entire concept of the company and how it worked. I decided to decline the offer I was made because it didn't match up with my expectations and it would mean a step down from my current wage but the way do their offers is based on a formula that they apply to every candidate based on years of experience, technology value in the market, etc which I thought that it was pretty fair!

The interview stages were so fastly. I have passed the first test task,also passed recruiter stages as well, the final stage was technical interview about 20m, I responded the whole questions(technical debt, delay of whether api reaponse, large csv file downlaoding process and etc) but they send me a negative feedback, which was so strange for me because another candidate have passed the interview just gave them the same answers as me.
