So I completed the Career Discovery which is an interactive SJT, this was actually quite enjoyable as it gave me an insight into the roles and responsibilities I'd have at the firm. The stage after this is Career Unlocked, a game consisting of 11 levels to be completed on a phone or tablet device. This took me roughly 70 mins and involved different games to assess my behaviour style. I can't say I enjoyed it as a lot of the tasks seemed to be focused on reaction speed.

Quick where I was hired from campus and selected for an interview. I had an interview with a Partner one on one and then a separate one with the manager, which was more like a conversation then a back and forth question answer.

One of area I would advise is commercial awareness so do as much research you can about their current clients, recent industry news, any new regulations, be able to explain in clear and concise way why particular news attracted your interest.
