I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at PwC (Manila, ) in Jul 2018
Interview
I applied at PwC SDC Manila Ltd. at Ortigas through Jobstreet. They texted and scheduled me for an exam/interview.
1. You will answer basic accounting exam, 30 items for 1 hour (basic accounting with a little bit of MAS) scratch paper and calculator are provided. 75% is the passing rate.
2. HR Avatar Simulation Exam (using laptop), it involves office setting (what would you do if you are working, checking emails and answering queries of the management), essay, personality tests, problem solving (accounting again) and after that, several minutes later the HR will tell you if you passed or not then they will schedule you for an HR Interview.
3. HR Interview. If you passed the initial interview, they will schedule you for a final interview with the senior manager.
4. Final Interview with the Senior Manager.
5. Job offer. (They will inform you immediately if you will get it or not)
I really want to get hired but unfortunately, I didn't get a job offer. They are mass hiring but the senior manager said that they just accept 1 out of 15 candidates. They only get the best of the bests. They don't give a chance to average applicants.
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at PwC (Los Angeles, CA) in Dec 2015
