There are two rounds of interview on SuperDay, the first one being a group interview and the second one with managers. Overall great experience and they wanted you to be yourself.
First round is a 30 minute phone interview with a HR manager and after passing this round, you I was invited to a on-site interview. There is firstly a networking night followed by a Super Day with interviews with three different managers.

Candidate are given 1 IQ test. The test was simple, the constraint comes from time. Practicing IQ test from online resources will help in preparation.
