Brief.it was short not too lengthy but was asked questions that were not relevant to the same job as i found it later quite irrelevant to the same as there were only routine jobs to be done in the same day after day.conducting in the same was bad.Conduct of business was bad.

Interview
Psychometric testing to begin with which consists of maths, english comprehension and IQ type questions. This was followed by a video interview - there's nobody else on the other side, just the computer asking you a question and then you have 30-60 seconds to record your response. If you get through that stage you then have a group interview/exercise and partner interview on the same day.

The partner asked behavioural type questions only, e.g. how would you deal with difficult situations where there are time constraints etc. There was no routine interview question about my experience and qualifications. The group interview/exercise was discussing a scenario that they'll give you on the day as a group and then making recommendations. There's a manager assigned to each group to observe the interactions.
