First an online assessment, then about a month later was a super day where it is an in-person individual interview as well as group presentation with fellow interviewees. Because the partner couldn’t make it, they further shortlisted people and that became a separate interview for the shortlisted ones. It was a great experience until the partner interview. He postponed the interview twice and when it came to it it didn’t seem like he was interested at all. I kept in contact with most interviewees at superday and none of us got an offer

What makes you stand out among the rest of the participants?
One technical one HR interview. Technical go deep dive into speciality while the HR interview focus on english language and interpersonal skills. Overall its interview process is nice and they reply fast.
Well organized over 3 separate rounds, with a total of 6 interviews. Got the opportunity to meet employees and get a feel for the organization. Each interview was a mix of personal fit and case based.
