online application(game-based online test, very easy)-video interview(asked 10 questions most of them are like real life-related questions, eg, how you deal with colleagues ask you to help, how do you improve communication between different team members, how do you implement new technology in you team)--assessment centre

First I did an online assessment test, including stabbing balloons, charging electricity for the building, recognising facial expressions, and memorising the order of symbols showed up. After I passed the online test, I did a video interview.
