It was a simple phone interview and I was told about another programme (TAP). I had to take 2 assessments before knowing that I'm eligible for TAP. The assessments were Advanced Numerical & Advanced Logical.
Numerical: 28 question within 25 minutes
Logical: 38 questions within 25 minutes
A few days later, I was told that I failed the assessments, but I was offered the ordinary internship position.
