The interview process started off with a phone call. Unfortunately the recruiter was 20 minutes late to the call. The compensation for a manager was $80k - $100k in NYC. They ended the call when I told them this was less than I make now in a much less expensive city.
Very extensive process, started from HR phone call then f2f interview with Director, followed by full assessment day. where they have tested presentation skill, working with groups, analytical skills and technical knowledge. Met with partners from different industry perspectives. Made friends during this rigorous process
Straight forward, detailed and unscripted. First was a video conference as I was travelling at the time. Then face to face with other senior management and directors. Overall the interview went the full allotted time on both occasions and there was many questions asked related to the skills and experience required for the role.
