Ask your personal. They would not ask the typical questions. Instead, they asked some questions that need your spontaneous thought. They will ask questions to test whether you are customer oriented enough.

Interview
Applied online and received email for phone interview the next day.
Phone interview is quiet basic, where did you see yourself in 5 years, what if you have a customer which is difficult to deal with, all are behavioural questions, nothing technical.
Then I received the email for a panel interview. Two people from management or HR met me, asked why I'd like to work as a customer representative.

Interview
Phone interview first, then in person interview with 3 interviewers. The phone interviewer is really helpful gives you tips on how to prepare for the in person interview. Gives you more confidence going in.
