RTX interview questions

Applied online and was invited for an online Hirevue interview. Asked around 8 questions and had one attempt to answer. All the questions were behavioral and not technical. Was not invited to next stage.

It was very dressed down in comparison to what a typical full time position interview normally is. Granted it is covid November 2020 so it was via Zoom video and we simply had a conversation where we talked one on one about what the job entailed and if that interested me and how I believed I was qualified for it. We spoke about tasks of the position, the day to day, and what kind of work I was interested in. Had a few opportunities to flex and talk about myself and how I could be a good asset to the team.
