Submit application then Phone interview, then video interview. Typically 1:1. No group interview. The interviews were clear, gave good info about reaching back out and timelines and potential next steps. After that went through some pre screening activities to make sure you qualified to work.

Interviewer was engaging and informed about company. Asked tough questions and went in depth on answers. Had good insights into possible career paths and was a great experience overall. Reflected well and accurately on the company culture.
Fairly corporate process. Outsourced recruiter makes you do the work for them by asking you to list how you meet certain basic requirements. I’m pretty sure they are supposed to collate that information to pass up the chain. Otherwise good full time people .
