I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RTX in May 2019
Interview
Applied online and was contacted 3 days after my submission. I was surprised at the quick turnaround and later found out it was because I had caught the tail end of the recruiting period (since accepting, I've found most applicants who apply online wait months before getting offered an interview). I was given 2 days to prepare for a phone interview and given topics to research. The actual interview was 45 minutes; 15 minutes towards behavioral questions, 15 minutes towards the topics I had been given (related to my job area), 15 minutes for me to ask questions. Probably because I was a college grad new hire, but the hiring process was relatively easy.
