RTX interview questions

I had a phone interview with a recruiter to start, with mostly alignment questions. Then I had a video interview with an engineering manager. This lasted roughly an hour and covered C++ topics as well as a simple logic puzzle. Then I had a video interview with a panel of engineers where they asked a series of behavioral, C++ knowledge and one logic puzzle question.

I applied online for a systems engineer role with a CV and cover letter. A few weeks later I got a telephone interview which was competency based but also on what I know about systems engineering. I passed this stage and got through to the assessment centre which was very relaxed. Had to do the usual group exercises then the individual interview which again had competency questions and what I know about systems engineering.
