I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at RTX (Provo, UT) in Jan 2020
Interview
The interview process was a very nice environment, the expectations were clear and the interviewer was easy to talk to. They also were very understanding and cared about me as an individual and they cared about my accomplishments which was a huge deal for me.

Then I had a video interview with a panel of engineers where they asked a series of behavioral, C++ knowledge and one logic puzzle question.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RTX (London, England) in Feb 2020
Interview
I applied online for a systems engineer role with a CV and cover letter. A few weeks later I got a telephone interview which was competency based but also on what I know about systems engineering. I passed this stage and got through to the assessment centre which was very relaxed. Had to do the usual group exercises then the individual interview which again had competency questions and what I know about systems engineering.
