I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RTX (Tucson, AZ) in Oct 2019
Interview
I was able to land an on campus interview after a career fair, which was pretty laid back. I was asked all behavioral/situational questions, stuff like when is a time you solved a problem, worked through conflict, went above and beyond for your work etc. Then I was invited to a 2 day hiring event, once again most of my interviews were behavioral based and pretty laid back, be sure you know your resume, they will ask about the specifics of your projects and such that you list. Other than that, no real technical questions, they are really looking for eager and friendly people who are willing to learn.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RTX (Denver, CO) in May 2016
Interview
The interview process is pretty straightforward. Typical walk through resume. A couple a behavioral based questions. There may be a couple off follow up questions for clarification purposes. Overall good interview process.
