RTX interview questions

I applied online and after 1 month was invited to a hiring event in Boston where flight and hotel was provided by the company. We had a tour of the facility and later that day got to meet other managers and get more interviews besides the one you originally had. The next day we had our interview with the managers were had scheduled and flew back the same day.

The interview had two processes. I applied through my college's career fair. I was then asked to interview with one of the recruiters where they mainly asked behavioral question. Then, they flew me out to their headquarters in sunnyvale (everything was paid for) and we just had to go up to recruiters and talk to them (try to advertise yourself basically)
