I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RTX (Greenville, SC) in Nov 2017
Interview
Initial phone interview was for the WRONG position. Phone interview was for "code monkey" software job. After the manager (not the hiring manager) realized he changed the questions although it was adhoc. Followed up with a short face to face interview and a few days latter an offer. The disorganized nature of the interview, foreshadowed the experience with job.

Question 1
What methods would you use to debug production software?
Position was cancelled before anything could happen. I guess this company and it’s EHS team don’t know what they’re doing. They also might have been collecting random resumes to get an idea of what EHS teams at other companies where doing. This company is a joke. Don’t even bother with recruitment. They oversell the company culture and its priorities.
