RTX interview questions

Two person interview; one asks questions about why you are interested and the other asks more about your experience. It was in a large meeting space where there were people set up at different ends of a table. There seemed to be people for each department or area. After the interview, you would provide your proof of citizenship so they can begin the background checks if you move forward.

I applied on their website, and was contacted via email about a week after to set up a phone interview. Since I wasn't a local candidate I only had one interview which was the phone interview. The interviewer asked basic behavioral questions and technical questions about Java (Inheritance, Polymorphism, Encapsulation, Abstraction/Interfaces). Just study the main principles of OOP and Java and you should be fine. Also tell them that you are excited about learning new technologies and that you enjoy working on a team.
