I applied through other source. I interviewed at RTX (El Paso, TX)
Interview
It was a simple process of someone calling for a telephonic interview with 3-5 other engineers asking questions. If you know what position you're applying for and know it well, it'll be an easy Q & A.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at RTX in Jan 2014
Interview
The interview process was short and sweet. I knew a friend who worked at Raytheon and I was able to get an interview and the position I applied for. I had one phone interview and met in person with my leader at the work site.

They asked me if I ever trained people on IT systems.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RTX (Tucson, AZ) in May 2012
Interview
The interview process was a day long marathon, meeting with different employees and leaders, where they try to establish both a technical and personal fit. I had some experience in the field, but much of what they are looking for is the desire to learn. There was a nice lunch, ample opportunity to explore the campus and meet with people in my team, and the day concluded with a final question and answer period with the department manager.
